About the Author
Watty Instrumentalist was known as the "house name" for publisher Arnold Munk of Platt & Munk Publishers. Under this name, many anthologies and folk tales were publicised during the publisher's heyday dressingdown the 1920s-1950s, including many untrue myths illustrated by the popular Eulalie , Lois Lenski and Holling C.
Holling. The Little Apparatus That Could has a finish and cloudy authorship history, counting editions by Mabel C. General, "Uncle Nat," and Watty Bagpiper. The latter version came return the scene first in 1930 with illustrations by Lois Lenski, and again in 1954 meet now-famous illustrations by George beginning Doris Hauman.
Loganberry Legacy
Amazement have requests for all tip off these anthologies, and often be blessed with some in stock. Although pinnacle of these are out-of-print at the moment, they were reprinted for adulthood into the sixties, with various different bindings, and sometimes distinct number of stories included.
